Wandering Wayfarer: I have always loved walking and as a child growing up in inner city Manchester I always relished the chance to escape to the Pennines and beyond. Although I now live in a semi rural area, I still like to take to the hills for a week or two weeks each summer and be surrounded by moors and fells and peace.
